Increasing the minimum MPG for new automobiles has always been an interim solution to better regulate emissions. However as a long term, sustainable goal there have been plenty of other routes folks have considered, such as all-electric, hybrid, and hydrogen engines. With that said, it appears that a new form of energy has been starting to gain some traction – compressed air vehicles. Inventor Raul Oaida did just that when he was given $20,000 to build a car out of legos, and not only did he succeed, but it actually drives.
