Adam “MCA” Yauch, the (Beastie Boys) fallen member, has forbidden the use of his music and “artistic property” to be used in advertisements, according to Rolling Stone, which obtained a copy of his will. It was filed on Tuesday in Manhattan Surrogate court.

But this wording in his will, which he added by hand, may not even be valid. If his heirs try to honor it or enforce it, they could get stuck in months–or years–of legal tangles.
Lame.
I hope advertisers do the right thing and respect MCA’s hand-written wishes.
