Allow me to take a moment to tell you about how a company won me over. I’ve had a Barbour Jacket for 2 years and it’s been a staple in my wardrobe. I was recently invited to a “re-waxing” event, essentially a free jacket re-wax (a $40 value).
At the event I was greeted with snacks and water as well as a free waxing kit for my jacket if I should ever want to try it myself. I was then informed that the store would be doing this event every fall and spring from now on. I was shocked by this type of customer care from such a large company.
