Aug 11, 2011 I Waited Three Weeks to Post This For Some Reason.
It’s a cartoon from the July 4 New Yorker. I guess I waited to make sure The New Yorker had a fair shot at showing the cartoon through their own magazine. My thinking was that The (physical) New Yorker becomes obsolete in cycles of 2 issues. No one’s picking up the magazine two issues under the topmost one on your pile; and if one spectacular day in the bathroom, you think it’ll happen, you’re wrong. Trust me.And with that…
