Oct 11, 2013 Knockaround x MADSTEEZ
A couple of weeks ago, the Imprint team visited our friends (and business partners) Knockaround in their lovely new HQ in San Diego. It’s really impressive to see, in-person, exactly how much this amazing brand has grown in the last few years. The offices are lovely and the warehouse is gigantic. Knockaround founder Adam “Ace” Moyer is an art-lover, and as such, the office is adorned with a lot of amazing work. The latest addition is this attention-grabbing mural of ’80s TV icon Thomas Magnum, the main character of the incredibly popular series Magnum, P.I. in the warehouse. He just so happens to be one of Knockaround’s greatest sources of inspiration! The talented artist Mark Paul Deren, also known as MADSTEEZ employed his signature colors and amazing techniques to create this awesome work, and it’s documented nicely in the video below!
